The Red Leaf River Inn is a newly renovated bed & breakfast located just four miles from downtown Waynesville, NC.  Featuring three bedrooms and one suite, all with ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous views, the Inn is a cozy getaway tucked onto a wooded five acre property in the Smoky Mountains of WNC.

Guests of the Inn can relax in front of the restored fireplace or find a spot on the large deck overlooking two lawns and the half acre pond. The Inn is a relaxed, make-yourself-at-home kind of bed and breakfast – we don’t do lists of rules, curfews, or doilies.

We invite you to join our family and enjoy the sound of the flowing stream, the relaxing atmosphere, and the exceptional food.  Only a few minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and less than an hour from both Asheville and Cherokee, NC and the Tennessee and South Carolina borders, the Inn is centrally located yet feels miles away from anywhere.

Spoil yourself and stay here! We loved everything about this place - beautiful grounds, fantastic owners, fabulous food, and the house was immaculate. Nice quiet retreat in Waynesville. We enjoyed dinner at the inn with other guests.

Gorgeous Inn with BEAUTIFUL grounds and mountain scenery. Victor and Georgina prepared the most amazing food, even better than the downtown restaurants! Wonderful hospitality, clean, and comfortable room with hand made furniture and decor made this an awesome experience for my first ever stay in a Bed and Breakfast. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend to all family and friends!

Such a relaxing visit. Vic & Georgina great hosts and awesome chefs. The scones, blueberry muffins, omelet breakfast. We loved our Dine Inn meal. Vic's homemade seasonings on grilled steak, chicken & shrimp. Southwestern rice pilaf, green beans with carmelized onions and almond cake with berries and drizzled with chocolate. The rooms were charming and comfortable. The grounds gorgeous. We highly recommend this Inn, so convenient to downtown Waynesville.

If I'm being totally honest I called and booked a room not knowing what I was doing. As I was out of town on business and get bored with the same ole hotels I thought I'd give this place a try! Let me just say how eye opening it's been. I won't even go into the over the top service these people provide, I just feel it necessary to explain to everyone that may be reading what this place is truly about! It's Peace, it's Tranquility in a remarkable setting.. it's not. Five star resort but the people that own and run it are! There is more sweat equity in this place than many of us would ever care to endure in a lifetime. I think sometimes in life espically for myself I get caught up in "Things"... this place helped me to appreciate what a fantastic world we live in and how wonderful people that work hard help to make it go around! I'm humbled!

Our stay was excellent! Beautiful setting in the mountains, lovely view while eating the most delicious breakfasts prepared by Chef Victor. The pastries prepared by his lovely wife, Georgina were awesome too. The service was excellent, always with a smile. The bed was so comfortable. Felt truly rested and so peaceful there. Loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the water in the stream and watching the sunset. We hope to go back soon!

The driveway up to the property was gorgeous, but the best was yet to come. Our hosts, Victor, Alex and
Nicholas ( we missed Georgina due to her work hours) were great, you can tell that this inn is a labor of love. They catered to my gluten allergy...and even asked about dietary needs when we made the reservation. Our room was pleasant and the view was of the lush lower lawn and stream. Alex and Nicholas are willing to share their games...and even play with along. We'll be back!

Have stayed at the Inn four different times this year! I think that says it all! Plan on coming back in 2017!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Red Leaf River Inn. We were meeting family there and it was the perfect location. Finding the Inn online, we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The setting of the Inn was beautiful! Victor and Georgina have done an awesome job restoring the Inn. Our room and bath were extremely clean and very comfortable. Victor took very good care of us and he can cook a delicious breakfast! What a sweet family! The boys were adorable! We will definitely return and encourage anyone who wants to have an incredible Bed and Breakfast experience to stay there.
