Inn Policies

Children are welcome with a well behaved adult.  Please note the maximum occupancy on all rooms except the Chestnut suite is two people, including children and infants.  The Chestnut suite sleeps a maximum of four people, including children and infants.

We are a non-smoking Inn.  There is a designated space for smokers in front of the Inn.

A credit card will be taken at time of reservation to hold your stay.  It will only be charged in the event of a non-refundable cancellation or no show.  We accept all major credit cards and cash at the Inn.


Cancellation Policy:

Reservations may be cancelled more than 7 days before first night booked without penalty

Reservations cancelled within 7 days will forfeit the cost of the reservation

Fees may be waived in the event that the room is rebooked.


Pet Policy:

We allow pets accompanied by a well behaved owner in the Chestnut Suite.  Please note pets are not permitted in the main Inn at any time.

Maximum of two pets in the room.

Pets must be crated or kenneled if they are left alone in the room and must be leashed if taken outside.

A refundable deposit of $50 per pet is required at check in.  The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of check out provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning requirements.

Service animals are always welcome without a deposit.
